How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the track order page.
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfilment centre where we will ship your item(s). Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
How does Egrabber store operate?
Egrabber store is an online retailer bringing epic deals to our customers and custom designed crowd-sourced apparel. All merchandise is custom printed and shipped directly to you once the campaign has ended. If you are a designer, you can sell your own creative designs and take orders from supporters with no upfront costs and let Egrabber store handle your fulfilment and shipping to your customers.
How secure is my personal information?
Egrabber store adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
Does Egrabber Store offer a quality guarantee on the products it sells?
If you don’t love your product or printed garment, we’ll take it back! All our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will re supply any Faulty products or any reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge.
Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Egrabber Store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.

My Order Status says "UNFULFILLED" . What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
Was I charged twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once.
If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the second charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

My order wont go through. What shall i do?
If you're still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser.

I've just placed my order. Can i add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.
I need to change something to my order. How Can i do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. We generally process orders within 1-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from egrabberstore.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to egrabberstore.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund
Our policy lasts 30 days for select retail items, unless custom printed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If Item is received defective or damaged, we will replace. * Please see custom printed items & size issue refund policies.
* Note: Free Offers/Giveaways - All "Free + Shipping" offers must be cancelled within the same day of order & are non-refundable once shipped.
* Custom Printed Items No-Refund Policy: Because our products are custom printed/designed on demand, the custom printed items in section (1) below are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange in the rare event that you aren't happy with your item. Our items all vary per print, as they are custom & we do not keep them in stock.

* Custom Printed Items Sizing No-Refund Policy: Because our products are custom printed/designed, products with sizes are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange in the rare event that you ordered the incorrect size or the product does not fit properly. To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference. This policy is especially applicable to items such as our custom printed shoes and leggings.
To be eligible for a return, you will need to contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning your item (returns must be in the state you received them, Unused and in the original packaging)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is damaged, please send an image to email@example.com and we will fix it :)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
If you are shipping an item over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We offer worldwide Shipping to any country, overall a package should not take any longer then 21-40 Days to arrive, Typical shipping durations on average are 21-35 days
Customer Shipping Address Responsibility Policy: We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. Egrabber Store cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door :).
Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in.
